Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This essential component supports the rolled plate and maintains strip tension, pivotal for the ERW pipe mill production line. Comprising a robust frame, main shaft, adjustable drum, and an efficient braking system, it ensures seamless operation.

There are 3 types available: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, catering to diverse operational needs.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This process shears the end of each strip coil and welds them together, enabling continuous production on the pipe-making welding machine line.

2 Types: Available in both automatic and manual modes for flexibility and ease of use.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Designed to store strips and ensure uninterrupted production for the metal tube manufacturing process.

Type: Vertical design for optimal space utilization.

Advantage: User-friendly operation with low investment, especially suited for small-size and light-wall pipes.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity and potential for creasing under certain conditions.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 6: High Frequency Welding

Step 7: Sizing section of pipe making machine

Function: It precisely sizes the tube to exact specifications, ensuring quality and consistency.

Step 9: Cold saw cutting of ERW tube mill line

Function: Precisely cuts the tube to the desired length with ease.
Advantage: Silent operation with precise, burr-free cuts and a clean cross-section.
Disadvantage: Significantly more expensive, costing up to four times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Facilitates the outflow of pipes and their packaging for the tube-making machine with seamless efficiency.
Type: Available in both automatic and manual configurations to suit different operational preferences.
