Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The un-coiler is essential for supporting the rolled plate and maintaining the strip tension during the ERW pipe mill production line. It consists of the frame, a main shaft, adjustable drum, and a brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, allowing flexibility in operation.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This step efficiently shears the end of each coil and expertly welds them together, ensuring a seamless continuation of the pipe-making welding machine line.

2 Types: Available in both automatic and manual options for tailored operations.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: The vertical accumulator stores strips to maintain continuous production capability in the metal tube manufacturing process.

Type: Vertical

Advantage: Easy to operate with low investment, ideally designed for small-sized, light-walled pipes.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity and potential for crease formation.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 8: Flying saw

Step 9: Cold saw cutting of ERW tube mill line

Function: Executes precise, burr-free cuts of the tube to the right length, without generating noise.
Advantage: Silent operation, precise cutting, with a clean cross-section.
Disadvantage: The price is significantly higher, about four times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Facilitates the smooth run-out and efficient packing of pipes for the tube-making machine.
Type: Offered in both automatic and manual configurations for operational versatility.
