Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: Enhance the efficiency and support of rolled plates and strip tension in the ERW pipe mill production line with a robust frame, main shaft, expandable drum, and precise braking system.

There are three types to choose from: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: Precisely shear the end of each strip coil and seamlessly weld them together to ensure continuous production in the pipe-making welding machine line.

Available in two types: automatic and manual.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Efficiently store strips to maintain uninterrupted production for the metal tube manufacturing process.

Type: Vertical

Advantage: User-friendly operation and economical, ideal for small-sized, light-wall pipes.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity, potential for crease formation.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 5: Forming Section

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Achieve precise cutting of tubes to the desired length with ease.
Advantage: Silent operation with burr-free, sharp cutting precision and clean cross-section.
Disadvantage: Price may be four times that of a standard flying saw, but offers superior results.

Step 10: Run Out Table

Function: Efficiently run out and pack pipes, facilitating a smooth tube-making process.
Type: Available in automatic or manual versions.
