Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The un-coiler is designed to provide robust support for rolled plates and strip tension in the ERW pipe mill production line. It features a frame, main shaft, drum, and brake to ensure smooth operations.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, each tailored to meet specific operational demands with utmost efficiency.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This step involves shearing the end of each strip coil and subsequently welding them together. This process enables the pipe making welding machine line to continue producing seamlessly.
