Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This essential component supports the rolled plate and maintains strip tension for the ERW pipe mill production line. It is composed of a sturdy frame, a main shaft, an expandable drum, and a reliable brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic for automated precision, hydraulic for powerful performance, and manual for cost-effective simplicity.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: Precisely shears the end of each strip coil and seamlessly welds them together, ensuring continuous production in the pipe-making welding machine line.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Step 10: Run Out Table.
