Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This essential component supports the rolled plate and strip tension in the ERW pipe mill production line. It's comprised of a sturdy frame, main shaft, expandable drum, and effective brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This stage involves shearing the end of each strip coil and skillfully welding them together to ensure seamless and continuous production on the pipe making welding machine line.

2 Types: Automatic & manual

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Designed to efficiently store strip materials, this component ensures the continuous production of metal tubes.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Disadvantage: Significantly more expensive, costing four times that of a standard flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Responsible for running out the pipe and efficiently packing it for the tube making machine.
