Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: Serving as the backbone of the production line, the Un-coiler supports rolled plates and maintains strip tension, essential for the ERW pipe mill production line. It consists of a sturdy frame, a central main shaft, drum increments, and an efficient braking system.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Step 10: Run Out Table
