Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This essential component supports the rolled plate and maintains strip tension for the efficient operation of the ERW pipe mill production line. It comprises a sturdy frame, a main shaft, an expandable drum, and a reliable brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: Seamlessly shear the end of each strip coil and expertly weld them together. This integration allows for an uninterrupted pipe production process in the welding machine line.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Strategically stores strip material to ensure the continuous operation of the metal tube manufacturing process.

Type: Vertical.

Advantage: Simplified operation and low investment make it ideal for small-sized and lightweight wall pipes.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity and potential for creasing.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Function: Efficiently stores strip material to facilitate ongoing production in the Round Square Pipe Making Machine Production Line.

Step 5: Forming Section

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Disadvantage: Cost is significantly higher, four times that of the conventional flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table
