Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The un-coiler supports the rolled plate and maintains strip tension, essential for the efficiency of the ERW pipe mill production line. Comprising a robust frame, main shaft, adjustable drum, and brake system, it ensures seamless operation.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: This step involves shearing the ends of each strip coil, welding them together to ensure the pipe making welding machine line sustains continuous production without interruptions.

Disadvantage: Costly, being four times the price of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table
