Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: Un-coiler provides essential support for rolled plates and strips, maintaining tension within the ERW pipe mill production line. It excels in efficiency with its robust frame, main shaft, expandable drum, and reliable braking system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: This step precisely shears the end of each strip coil, seamlessly welding them together to enable continuous production in the pipe-making welding machine line.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Ingeniously stores strips to ensure uninterrupted production, enabling the machine to manufacture metal tubes seamlessly.

Type: Vertical

Advantage: Easy operation and low investment, particularly advantageous for small size and light wall pipes.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity and potential for creasing.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Function: Efficiently stores strips to maintain continuous production for the Round Square Pipe Making Machine Production Line.

Step 5: Forming Section

Step 8: Flying Saw

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Delivers precise, noiseless cuts with no burr, producing exceptional cross-section quality.
Advantage: Silent operation with burr-free cutting precision.
Disadvantage: Costs are significantly higher, approximately four times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Facilitates the smooth running out and efficient packing of pipes for the tube-making machine.
