Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This vital component supports rolled plate and strip tension for the ERW pipe mill production line. It is composed of a sturdy frame, a main shaft, and drum enhancements, alongside an effective braking system.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Disadvantage: The cost is substantially higher, about 4 times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table

Function: Facilitates the exit of the pipe and packs it efficiently for the tube-making machine.
