Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This vital component supports the rolled plate and maintains strip tension in the ERW pipe mill production line. It is comprised of a sturdy frame, a main shaft, expanding drum, and an effective brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual - catering to different operational needs.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: Precisely shears the ends of each strip coil and expertly welds them together, ensuring the pipe-making welding machine line operates continuously without interruption.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Temporarily stores strips to maintain uninterrupted production for the metal tube manufacturing process.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity and potential for creasing.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Function: Stores strips to ensure seamless production continuity for the Round Square Pipe Making Machine Production Line.

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Accurately cuts the tube to the desired length with precision.
Advantage: Silent operation with no burrs, ensuring high precision and clean cross-sections.
Disadvantage: The cost is significantly higher, being four times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Facilitates the smooth exit of pipes and their subsequent packing for the tube making process.
Type: Can be operated automatically or manually, offering versatile functionality.
