Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This essential component supports rolled plate and strip tension for the ERW pipe mill production line. It consists of a sturdy frame, a robust main shaft, expandable drum, and a reliable braking system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, each catering to specific operational needs.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This step involves shearing the end of each strip coil and welding them seamlessly. This ensures the pipe-making welding machine line achieves continuous, uninterrupted production.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity, and prone to crease.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Disadvantage: Cost is significantly higher, being four times that of a standard flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table
