Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The un-coiler is designed to support and maintain tension in rolled plates and strips, essential for the efficient functioning of the ERW pipe mill production line. It features a robust frame, main shaft, expandable drum, and an efficient braking system to ensure a seamless production process.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This step involves shearing the ends of each strip coil and welding them together. This crucial function ensures that the pipe-making welding machine line can produce continuously without interruption.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: The vertical accumulator efficiently stores the strip to ensure continuous production in the metal tube manufacturing process.

Type: Vertical

Advantage: Easy to operate with low investment cost. This type is particularly advantageous for producing small-sized and light-walled pipes.

Disadvantage: It has a smaller storage capacity and may cause creasing issues.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Function: This horizontal accumulator serves as storage to maintain uninterrupted production in the Round Square Pipe Making Machine Production Line.
Type: Horizontal
Advantage: Offers a substantial storage capacity, accommodating larger volumes.
Disadvantage: More costly compared to the vertical type.

Step 5: Forming section

Step 9: Cold saw cutting of ERW tube mill line

Function: Precisely cuts tubes to the correct length while maintaining exceptional cut quality.
Advantage: Delivers noiseless operation with burr-free cutting precision and immaculate cross-sections.
Disadvantage: The price is significantly higher, approximately four times that of a standard flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Efficiently guides the finished pipes out and prepares them for packing, ensuring seamless integration with the tube-making machine.
Type: Available in automatic or manual configurations for versatile operation.
