Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: Designed to provide robust support for rolled plate and strip tension in the ERW pipe mill production line, our un-coiler is crafted with a strong frame and main shaft. It features an increase of drum and a reliable brake system.

There are 3 types available: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, catering to diverse operational needs.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: This section is essential for shearing the ends of each strip coil and welding them seamlessly together, ensuring continuous production in the pipe-making welding machine line.

Disadvantage: Costs four times more than a standard flying saw, reflecting its advanced capabilities.
