Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The Un-coiler is integral in the initial stage, offering robust support to rolled plate and strip tension within the ERW pipe mill production line. It comprises a sturdy frame, a main shaft, an expandable drum, and a reliable braking system, ensuring seamless operations.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding
