Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This crucial component supports rolled plate and strip tension for the ERW pipe mill production line. It is comprised of a sturdy frame, a robust main shaft, an expandable drum, and an effective brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This stage expertly shears the end of each strip coil and seamlessly welds them together. This ensures uninterrupted production in the pipe-making welding machine line.

2 Types: Automatic & manual

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: It is designed to store strips, enabling continuous production in the metal tube manufacturing process.

Disadvantage: Its storage capacity is limited, and it is prone to creasing.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 9: Cold saw cutting of ERW tube mill line

Function: Provides precision cutting of the tube to the right length without noise or burr.
Advantage: Delivers silent operation with burr-free cutting precision and smooth cross sections.
Disadvantage: Cost is approximately four times that of a standard flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Efficiently handles the pipe output, streamlining the packaging process for the tube making machine.
