The production process is a harmonious symphony of technology and precision: Starting with feeding, proceeding to uncoiling, then leveling, followed by shearing and butt welding. Next, the rotary shear comes into play, succeeded by edge milling and the main drive. The material is then skillfully pre-bent and guided, forming the structural backbone, before undergoing inside and outside welding. Once the shape is perfected, it moves to cutting off, pulling out, end-facing and beveling, hydrotesting, and finally, collection. A truly seamless and efficient process from start to finish.
