Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: Supports the rolled plate and strip tension for the Erw Pipe Mill Production Line. It is composed of a frame, a main shaft, increases of drum, and a brake system.

There are 3 types available: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, each tailored to meet specific production needs.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-welding

Function: Precisely shears the end of each strip coil, followed by seamless welding of the strips together, ensuring continuous production in the Pipe Making Welding Machine Line.

2 Types: Available in both automatic and manual configurations for a range of production environments.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Efficiently stores strip material to maintain uninterrupted production flow when manufacturing metal tubes.

Type: Vertical

Advantage: Offers easy operation with minimal investment, particularly suitable for small-sized and light-walled pipes.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity and potential creasing during operation.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Function: Stores strips to ensure continuous production for the Round Square Pipe Making Machine Production Line.
Type: Horizontal

Disadvantage: This type is more costly than the vertical option.

Step 5: Forming Section

Function: Expertly forms the tube from the strip, setting the foundation for quality pipe production.

Step 7: Sizing Section of Pipe Making Machine

Function: Sizes the tube to precise dimensions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Step 8: Flying Saw

Function: Accurately cuts the tube mill line tube to the correct length, essential for quality control.

Disadvantage: Generates loud noise and burrs at the cutting section.

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Precisely cuts the tube to the desired length without noise, delivering burr-free results.
Advantage: Provides silent operation and burr-free, precise cutting with an immaculate cross-section.
Disadvantage: The cost is quadruple that of a conventional flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Efficiently manages the pipe's exit, facilitating smooth packing for the Tube Making Machine.
Type: Available in both automatic and manual versions to accommodate diverse operational needs.
