Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This essential component adeptly supports the rolled plate and strip tension for the ERW pipe mill production line. It skillfully facilitates this process using a robust frame, a main shaft, an increase of drum, and a precision brake system.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Disadvantage: Cost is quadruple that of a standard flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Smoothly runs out the pipe, preparing it for packaging within the tube-making machine.
