Scope of Application

Suitable for filling liquid dairy product, juice, milk, milk beverage, cream, yogurt, mineral water, soy milk, tea beverage, seasoning, wine, cleaning solution, chemical product, granular, dry powder and so on.

1, Equipment process flow (requires 6 steps to be completed by 4-5 people)
1. Back cover: purchased paper box pieces → manual loading → bottom molding → open paper box
2. Capping: open carton → manual capping → ultrasonic welding → open carton capping
3. Top pre folding: Cover the opening with a paper box → Top pre folding
4. Filling: Cover the opening with a paper box → Manually place the box → Fill → Fill the open box of the product
5. Top sealing: Open box for filling products → Top sealing → Roof packaging products
6. Printing Date: Roof Package Product → Printing Date → Roof Package Finished Product
