Our spiral welded pipes are meticulously engineered for various applications: efficient liquid delivery systems such as water supply and drainage; reliable gas delivery frameworks including coal gas, steam, and LPG; and robust structural uses such as piling and construction in critical infrastructure like bridges, docks, roads, and other essential projects.
Seamless Production Process: Begin with feeding materials, proceed to uncoiling and precise leveling, followed by shearing and butt welding. Next, employ rotary shear and edge milling, engage the main drive, and transition through pre-bend and guide board phases. Form the tube, execute inside and outside welding, and continue with cutting off and pulling out processes. Conclude with end-facing, beveling, hydrotesting, and finally, collection.
