Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The Un-coiler is essential for supporting rolled plate and strip tension in the ERW pipe mill production line. It comprises a robust frame, a main shaft, expandable drum, and a reliable brake system.

There are 3 types available for diverse operational needs: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: This step involves shearing the end of each strip coil and precisely welding them together. It ensures seamless continuity in the pipe-making welding machine line, enhancing productivity.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Disadvantage: The cost is significantly higher, approximately 4 times that of a conventional flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table
