Product Description

16B portal precision high-frequency straight seam steel strip welded pipe making machine unit, is specialized equipment to produce small pore diameter high frequency straight seam welded pipe for refrigeration industry withΦ7.5-Φ25mm and wall thickness of δ0.3-1.0mm. Through design optimization, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication, the whole set of machine unit can reach same precision level as the foreign advanced ones. This machine unit configuration starts from decoiler and ends by winding up. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted .Materials: Low carbon content steel strip and low alloy steel strip

Production process flow

decoiling → shearing and butt welding → cleaning →accumulator → passively leveling → forming milling → high frequency welding(water cooling+nitrogen cooling) → remove burr outside welding seam→ cooling → sizing → winding up

Drawing Line (Double-head) Summary

This machine adopts AC speed-adjusting control system, with stable electric current. By this machine, steel pipe can be drawn into small size one from big size one through drawing head unit, thus expected pipe diameter will be achieved. It's through the drawing head unit that 8 mm diameter steel pipe will be reduced in diameter via tungsten steel die of different diameter, and steel pipes with different diameter will be hereby obtained. No scratch on the pipe blank surface, checked by precision instrument.

Brief Introduction to WZT Industrial Frequency Annealing Line Summary

This machine adopts microcomputer constant current to control the system, with stable electric current. It's suitable for annealing of Bundy steel pipes. (After Bundy pipe is drawn and changed in diameter by high frequency, there will be changes ocurred with the atomic arrangement, thus through annealing process, to increase the pipe temperature rapidly to around 723ºC, and keep this temperature for some time, then gradually  water cool down, annealing result will be achieved.)
