Production process flow

Step 1: Un-Coiler

Function: The un-coiler provides essential support for rolled plate and strip tension within the ERW pipe mill production line. It features a robust frame, a main shaft, an expandable drum, and a reliable braking system.

There are 3 types available: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, each crafted to meet diverse operational needs.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: This step involves shearing the end of each strip coil and seamlessly welding them together, ensuring continuous production in the pipe-making welding machine line.

Two versatile types available: Automatic & manual, catering to different operational preferences.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: It efficiently stores strips to ensure uninterrupted production within the metal tube fabrication process.

Type: Vertical

Advantage: Easy operation and low investment, specifically designed for small size and light wall pipes.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity and crease potential.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 5: Forming Section

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Ensures precise cutting of tubes to the required length without compromise.
Advantage: Operates quietly with no burr, offering excellent cutting precision and a smooth cross-section.
Disadvantage: The cost is quadruple that of a standard flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table

Function: Facilitates the efficient running out and packing of pipes, readying them for the next stage in the tube-making process.
