One of the outstanding features of this flat head equipment is to change one end of the previous flat head to both ends simultaneously flat head, greatly improving work efficiency. Another improvement is to completely change the gear transmission device of the fixture seat to hydraulic pulling, making the equipment more refined and durable, with a very low failure rate. The steel pipes transported from the roller table are initially positioned on the roller table, and the pipe puller moves the steel pipes from the roller table to the platform. Roll onto the flat head machine adapter.
The steel pipe falls into the lower clamping seat of the clamping device, and the upper clamping seat clamps the steel pipe. The machine heads on both sides are started, and when the fast forward movement is close to the outer end of the steel pipe end face, the manual operation is transferred to the work progress, and the two ends of the steel pipe are chamfered with a flat head. After observing that the end face is flush, the machine head quickly retracts (manually). After completion, the clamping device opens.
The pipe puller pulls out the steel pipe, and at this point, the flat end chamfering process of a steel pipe is all completed.
