Production process flow

This equipment is a production line composed of a loading trolley, uncoiling, feeding, disc blade longitudinal shearing machine, damping pre splitting, winding unit, unloading trolley, control system, etc. Its main function is to cut a wider metal coil into multiple strips of the required width along the length direction. Prepare billets for processes such as rolling, punching, cold bending, and stamping. Adjust the distance between the upper and lower tool axes to adapt to different thicknesses of sheets; Replace blade spacers and sleeves of different specifications, and cut them into strips of different widths.
