Through design optimization, best materials choice, and accurately fabrication, the whole set of machine unit can reach same precision level as the foreign advanced ones. This machine unit configuration starts from decoiler and ends by winding up. Within suitable range of pipe diameter and wall thickness, pipe production speed can be adjusted accordingly

Production process flow

decoiling → shearing and butt welding → cleaning →accumulator → passively leveling → forming milling → high frequency welding(water cooling+nitrogen cooling) → remove burr outside welding seam→ cooling → sizing → winding up
