ST Series Flying saws are auxiliary equipment used in continuous production lines. Flying saw automatic fixed ruler to cut steel pipe. It is one of the first component support devices for welded pipe production. The flying saw uses a low-inertia DC motor to measure, calculate, and drive the saw car and the high-speed pipe through a mechanical transmission device, and then cut the pipe into a specified length.
1. Equipped with an adjustable cooling spray pipeline to flush the impurities and iron filings on the saw blade and clamping block.
2. Saw cutting method: the saw blade and the feed amount are adjustable, that is, the speed of the feed servo motor is variable, and the speed of the saw blade is variable, so that the utilization rate of the saw blade is greatly improved; and a saw blade wear protection system is provided.
3. Each equipment is equipped with high-speed steel saw blades Φ400*Φ50*200T, the number of saw blades.
4. Equipment painting: the main body of the frame is black, and the moving parts such as the saw cover are yellow.
ST Series cold cutting saw with high cross-section accuracy, no burrs inside and outside, smooth cutting surface, no need for post-processing such as flat head chamfering, reducing the processing strength of the next process, saving time and raw materials, and the workpiece will not be caused by friction.
