- Double side uncoiler(Optional)
- Uncoiler is the important equipment in steel pipe making line, the function is to support the strip coil and expand the strip coil, so strip can enter into machine to roll forming. Strip coil can be expanded by manual or hydraulic and uncoiler can be rotated
forward and reverse. Strip expanding speed can be adjusted, braking device designed with pneumatic cylinder to press the brake rubber block, safety and reliable

2.Shear and butt-welding machine:
It is used to shearing the head and the end of the steel strip of two steel coil, cutting off the irregular part then welding two steel strip, so machine can working continuously.
The shearing mechanism adopts the three blade shear when two upper blades are fixed to the upper cutterblock which is connected to the framework by means of the shoulder and bolts. The lower blade is mounted to the movable lower cutterblock with this blade face slanting. The lower cutterblock is driven by the air cylinder to effect up and down movement.

(3) Welding speed: 75~350mm/min;

3. Accumulator(Optional)
This unit is to store enough strips so the machine can producing continuously without stop, have squirrel-cage type and spiral type can be select.
Option 1: Squirrel-cage type(Double layer type)
The structure is squirrel-cage with weld assembly type,

The structure adopt the storing method which is strips entering from outside and output from inside, spiral enclosure
is consist of many rolls and form a similar spiral surface, cambered surface center spatial position formed from every roll is differ from one another, ensure each roll outside generatrix touch with steel strip completely, steel strip have no plastic deformation.

Guiding ,extruding, scraping:
The function of this part is to centring the welding seam and guiding the tube blank to extruding device, so the welding seam will be closed before welding . Use planer tool to remove the crater to insure the welding surface is smooth.

This unit is to convey the finished pipe to packing, pipe transmit by dynamic roll. A signal sensing device installed in the end of run out table, when pipe touch the signal sensing device, it will feedback the signal to control panel, control panel start working and discharge the pipe. This Run out table is double side type, customer can setting the direction they want.
