Product Description

The working principle of this electroplating copper refrigerator steel pipe production line is to use alkali rectification cleaning to remove grease from the surface of the steel pipe (3-6.35mm annealed pipe and 8mm non annealed pipe) for the disc-shaped refrigerator steel pipe. The acid activates the surface of the steel pipe, and then a layer of nickel is plated on the surface of the steel pipe to make a bottom layer. Then, it enters a copper containing electrolytic solution, and a DC power supply is connected to the anode (copper plate) and cathode (steel pipe) to exchange anions and cations, Thus, a uniform copper layer, namely a copper plating layer, is attached to the surface of the steel pipe.

Loading → Calibration → Alkali washing → Water cleaning → Acid activation → Water cleaning → Nickel plating → Water cleaning → Copper electroplating → Water cleaning → Passivation and sealing → Drying → Traction → Reeling → Packaging
