Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This essential component supports the rolled plate and strip tension in the ERW pipe mill production line. It features a sturdy frame, a robust main shaft, an expanding drum, and a reliable brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, each offering unique benefits for specific production needs.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This process shears the ends of each strip coil and seamlessly welds them together, facilitating continuous production in the pipe-making welding machine line.

2 Types: Available in both automatic and manual configurations to suit your operational preferences.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: It efficiently stores strip material to ensure uninterrupted production in the metal tube manufacturing process.

Type: Vertical

Disadvantage: While practical, it offers less storage capacity and may experience creasing.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 9: Cold saw cutting of ERW tube mill line

Function: Precisely cuts the tube to the correct length, ensuring smooth and accurate cross-sections.

Disadvantage: Commands a higher price, four times that of a standard flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Efficiently handles the run-out and packing of pipes for the tube-making machine.
