The seamless pipe unit is an assembly of sophisticated equipment including the piercing machine, rolling machine, straightening machine, and cutting machine. The piercing machine is pivotal in transforming solid round steel into tubes, which are then finely rolled to desired dimensions and wall thickness with the tube rolling machine. The straightening machines meticulously ensure the pipes' alignment, while cutting machines precisely segment the pipes into required lengths.
The seamless pipe mill operates on a principle of utilizing high temperature and pressure within the piercing machine to transform solid round steel into seamless pipes, which are then expertly rolled to precise dimensions using the pipe rolling machine.
