Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The un-coiler is essential for supporting rolled plate and strip tension in the ERW pipe mill production line. It features a robust frame, main shaft, expandable drum, and an effective brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, ensuring versatility for different production needs.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: Shears the end of each strip coil and welds them together seamlessly, enabling continuous production in the pipe manufacturing line.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Efficiently stores strips to maintain uninterrupted production for machines creating metal tubes.

Disadvantage: Offers limited storage capacity and may cause crease issues.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Executes noise-free, burr-free cutting with unmatched precision and clean cross-sections.
Advantage: Delivers cutting precision without noise or burr, enhancing product quality.
Disadvantage: The cost is substantially higher, at four times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table
