Step 1: Un-coiler

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Efficiently stores strips to maintain uninterrupted production for machines creating metal tubes.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Disadvantage: The cost is substantially higher, at four times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table
