Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The Un-coiler serves as a robust support system for rolled plates and strips in the ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) pipe mill production line. It is composed of a sturdy frame, a central main shaft, an expanding drum, and a reliable braking mechanism, ensuring smooth tension control throughout the process.

There are three versatile types to choose from: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, tailored to meet diverse operational needs.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: This stage is pivotal as it involves shearing the end of each strip coil and seamlessly welding them together. This ensures the continuous operation of the pipe-making welding machine line, optimizing productivity and efficiency.

Two operational modes are available: Automatic & Manual, offering flexibility based on production demands.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: The Vertical Accumulator is designed for efficient strip storage, maintaining uninterrupted production flow for the metal tube manufacturing process.

Type: Vertical

Disadvantage: The cost is significantly higher, being four times that of the conventional flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.
