Step 1: Un-coiler

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: This step involves precisely shearing the end of each strip coil and seamlessly welding them together, ensuring the pipe-making welding machine line can maintain uninterrupted production.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Disadvantages: Can be noisy, and the cutting section may produce burrs.

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Cuts the tube to the precise length with high accuracy.
Advantages: Operates quietly with no burrs, providing precise cutting and clean cross-sections.
Disadvantage: The cost is significantly higher, about four times that of a regular flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Efficiently runs out and packs the pipe for the tube-making machine, optimizing the final stages of production.
Available in Automatic or Manual types, tailored to specific operational demands.
