Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: Support the rolled plate and maintain strip tension for the ERW pipe mill production line. This critical step involves components like the frame, main shaft, expandable drum, and brake system.

There are 3 types available: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, each tailored for your specific operational needs.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: Precisely shear the end of each strip coil before masterfully welding them together. This ensures the pipe welding machine line can maintain continuous, uninterrupted production.

2 Types: Choose between the convenience of Automatic or the precision of Manual operations.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Efficiently stores strips, allowing for the seamless continuation of metal tube production.

Disadvantage: Limited storage capacity might lead to creasing under certain conditions.

Step 6: High Frequency Welding

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Function: Precision cutting of the tube to the exact length needed, enhancing operational efficiency.
Advantage: Operates silently with no burr, offering high cutting precision and a clean cross-section.
Disadvantage: The price is significantly higher, approximately four times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.
