Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: The Un-coiler serves as the backbone in supporting rolled plate and strip tension, an essential element for the efficient operation of the ERW pipe mill production line. It is composed of a sturdy frame, a main shaft, an expandable drum, and a reliable brake system.

There are three innovative types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual, each designed to fit specific operational needs.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-welding

Function: This step involves expertly shearing the end of each strip coil before skillfully welding them together. This process ensures the seamless continuation of production in the pipe-making welding machine line.

Two Types: Choose between Automatic & Manual modes to cater to production demands.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: The Vertical Accumulator is pivotal in storing strip material, ensuring the continuous, uninterrupted production of metal tubes.

Step 9: Cold Saw Cutting of ERW Tube Mill Line

Disadvantage: Costs four times more than a standard flying saw, reflecting its premium performance.

Step 10: Run Out Table
