Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: Provides vital support for rolled plate and strip tension during the ERW pipe mill production line. It is composed of a robust frame, main shaft, expandable drum, and brake mechanism.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & Butt-Welding

Function: Efficiently shears the end of each strip coil and seamlessly welds them together, ensuring the pipe-making welding machine line maintains continuous production.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Function: Serves as a storage reservoir for strip material, enabling continuous operation of the metal tube forming machine.

Step 4: Horizontal Accumulator

Function: Precisely cuts tubes to the exact required length without compromise.
Advantage: Silent operation with no burrs, offering precise cutting and a clean cross-section.
Disadvantage: Significantly more costly, priced at four times that of an ordinary flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Efficiently moves out and wraps the pipes, readying them for final packing in the tube-making process.
