Production process flow

Step 1: Un-coiler

Function: This essential component supports the rolled plate and maintains strip tension for the ERW pipe mill production line. It consists of a sturdy frame, a main shaft, an expandable drum, and a reliable brake system.

There are 3 types: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.

Step 2: Shear & butt-welding

Function: This stage shears the end of each strip coil and welds them together seamlessly, allowing the pipe making welding machine line to maintain uninterrupted production.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Disadvantage: The cost is significantly higher-four times that of a standard flying saw.

Step 10: Run Out Table.

Function: Efficiently handles the outflow of pipes and prepares them for packaging in the tube making machine.
