Function: Designed to elegantly support rolled plates and strip tension, the un-coiler is a crucial component of the erw pipe mill production line. It comprises a robust frame, main shaft, expandable drum, and an efficient braking mechanism.
There are 3 types of operation available for optimal customization: pneumatic, hydraulic, and manual.
Step 2: Shear & butt-welding
Function: This step seamlessly shears the ends of each strip coil and expertly welds them together, enabling the pipe-making welding machine line to continue uninterrupted production.

Step 3: Vertical Accumulator

Disadvantage: Commands a premium cost, being four times the price of a conventional flying saw.
Function: Facilitates the efficient run-out and packing of pipes for the tube-making machine, streamlining the final stages of production.
